The present invention provides a glass-ceramic composite material that is suitable for use in low-temperature baking and that combines high resistance to humidity and high thermal conductivity. A glass-ceramic composite material containing aluminum nitride (AlN) particles as filler, wherein even when boron trioxide (B2O3) is mixed in as a glass-phase fusing agent, the raw material composition forming the glass phase satisfies specific conditions, whereby crystalline phases including boron (B) are separated during baking of the glass-ceramic composite material, and reduction in resistance to humidity resulting from the boron trioxide (B2O3) is suppressed.

La présente invention concerne un matériau composite de verre et de céramique qui est adapté à une utilisation dans une cuisson à basse température et combine une grande résistance à l'humidité et une conductivité thermique élevée. L'invention porte sur un matériau composite de verre et de céramique contenant des particules de nitrure d'aluminium (AlN) en tant que charge, dans lequel, même lorsque du trioxyde de bore (B2O3) est mélangé en tant qu'agent de fusion de la phase verre, la composition de matières premières formant la phase verre satisfait des conditions spécifiques, moyennant quoi les phases cristallines incluant le bore (B) sont séparées pendant la cuisson du matériau composite de verre et de céramique et la diminution de la résistance à l'humidité provoquée par le trioxyde de bore (B2O3) est évitée.

 高い耐湿性と熱伝導率とを兼備する低温焼成用途に好適なガラス-セラミックス複合材料を提供する。 窒化アルミニウム(AlN)粒子をフィラーとして含むガラス-セラミックス複合材料において、ガラス相の融剤成分として酸化硼素(B)を配合する場合においても、当該ガラス相を形成する原料組成を特定の条件に合致させることにより、当該ガラス-セラミックス複合材料の焼成時に硼素(B)を含む結晶相を析出させて、酸化硼素(B)に起因する耐湿性の低下を抑制する。
