Object of the invention is a SCR system for after-treatment of diesel engines' exhaust gases. It is characteristic for the system that it includes a high pres- sure nozzle (4) for water/urea mixture, which nozzle is mounted into the exhaust pipework in a way that the mixture jet achieves a speed in relation to the exhaust gas stream (9) that is sufficient for aerodynamic secondary break-up. Further object of the invention is a correspondent method for after-treatment of diesel engines' exhaust gases utilizing SCR technology.

La présente invention concerne un système RCS pour le post-traitement de gaz d’échappement de moteurs diesels. Le système est caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une buse à haute pression (4) pour un mélange d’eau/urée, ladite buse étant installée dans le tuyau d’échappement de telle manière que le jet de mélange atteigne une vitesse par rapport au flux de gaz d’échappement (9) qui est suffisante pour une séparation secondaire aérodynamique. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé correspondant pour le post-traitement de gaz d’échappement de moteurs diesels au moyen de la technologie RCS.
