Verfahren zum Herstellen eines aus mehreren Kunststoffbauteilen bestehenden im Wesentlichen rohrförmigen Leitungsresonators, welcher ein oder mehrere innerhalb eines rohrförmigen Hohlkörper angeordnete und mit dem Hohlkörper verbundene rohrförmige Formteile aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem ersten Formschritt das Formteil mit einem Spritzgussverfahren zwischen Innendorn und Außenwerkzeug hergestellt wird, dass danach das Formteil in einem zweiten Formschritt mit seinem Innendorn als Innenwerkzeug für ein Blasformverfahren dient, in dem in einem zweiten Formschritt der Hohlkörper zwischen Formteil und umgebendem Außenwerkzeug gespritzt und blasgeformt wird.

The invention relates to a method for producing a substantially tubular conduit resonator consisting of a number of plastic components, said resonator having one or more tubular moulded parts arranged inside and connected to a tubular hollow body. The resonator is characterised in that in a first moulding step the moulded part is produced between the extruder core and the outer tool using an injection moulding process, in a second moulding step the moulded part with the extruder core then acts as an inner tool for a blow moulding process, in which in the second moulding step the hollow body is extruded and blow moulded between the moulded part and the surrounding outer tool. Procédé de fabrication d'un résonateur de conduit, de forme sensiblement tubulaire, constitué de plusieurs éléments en plastique, comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments moulés tubulaires disposés à l'intérieur d'un corps creux tubulaire et reliés à ce dernier, caractérisé en ce que la pièce moulée est réalisée par un processus moulage par injection entre un mandrin interne et un moule externe au cours d'une première étape de formage, et en ce que l'élément moulé est ensuite utilisé conjointement à son mandrin interne comme moule interne pour un processus de moulage par soufflage au cours d'une seconde étape de formage, pendant laquelle le corps creux est moulé par injection et soufflage entre la pièce moulée et le moule externe périphérique.
