Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fügevorrichtung (1) zum stirnseitigen Fügen eines Überlappstosses (13), wobei die Fügevorrichtung (1) aufweist: eine mitlaufende Spanneinrichtung (9) zum Einspannen der zu fügenden Werkstücke (3) unter Ausbildung eines Überlappstosses (13), wobei die Spanneinrichtung (9) Spannelemente (15, 17) zum Angreifen an den Werkstücken (3) aufweist; eine Strahlführungseinrichtung (11), die ausgebildet ist, einen Energiestrahl (5) von der Stirnseite (21) des Überlappstosses (13) her auf den Überlappstoss (13) zu richten; und einen optischen Sensor (33), der zum Erfassen der Positionierung des Überlappstosses (13) bezüglich einer senkrecht zu einer Stirnfläche (21) des Überlappstosses (13) verlaufenden Vertikalrichtung ausgebildet ist.

The invention relates to a joining device (1) for end-face joining of an overlap joint (13), wherein the joining device (1) comprises: a simultaneously running clamping device (9) for clamping the workpieces (3) to be joined to form an overlap joint, wherein the clamping device (9) has clamping elements (15, 17) for acting on the workpieces (3); a beam guiding device (11), which is designed to direct an energy beam (5) from the end face (21) of the overlap joint (13) onto the overlap joint (13); and an optical sensor (33), which is designed to detect the positioning of the overlap joint (13) relative to a vertical direction running perpendicularly to an end face (21) of the overlap joint (13).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'assemblage permettant l'assemblage frontal d'un joint de recouvrement. Le dispositif d'assemblage comporte : un dispositif de serrage mobile permettant de bloquer les pièces à assembler en formant un joint de recouvrement, ledit dispositif de serrage comportant des éléments de serrage destinés à agripper les pièces à assembler; un dispositif de guidage du faisceau, qui est configuré pour diriger un faisceau d'énergie depuis la face frontale du joint de recouvrement sur le joint de recouvrement; et un capteur optique qui est configuré pour détecter le positionnement du joint de recouvrement par rapport à une direction verticale orientée perpendiculairement à une face frontale du joint de recouvrement.
