An organic electroluminescent array substrate, manufacturing method thereof and display device, the organic electroluminescent array substrate comprising an active back plate (100), and a color display layer formed on the active back plate (100); the color display layer comprises a plurality of pixel units (107, 108, 109), each pixel unit (107, 108, 109) comprising a red subpixel (107), a green subpixel (108), and a blue subpixel (109); the areas of the red subpixel (107) and of the green subpixel (108) are both less than the area of the blue subpixel (109). The organic electroluminescent array substrate has an improved aperture ratio.

L'invention concerne un substrat de matrice électroluminescent organique, son procédé de fabrication et un dispositif d'affichage, le substrat de matrice électroluminescent organique comprenant une plaque arrière active (100), et une couche d'écran couleur formée sur la plaque arrière active (100) ; la couche d'écran couleur comprend une pluralité d'unités de pixel (107, 108, 109), chaque unité de pixel (107, 108, 109) comprenant un sous-pixel rouge (107), un sous-pixel vert (108), et un sous-pixel bleu (109) ; les surfaces du sous-pixel rouge (107) et du sous-pixel vert (108) sont toutes les deux inférieures à la surface du sous-pixel bleu (109).
