[Problem] To provide a base station device and a handover control method capable of avoiding a situation in which the base station device of a cell becomes overloaded when the cell transitions from an inactive state to an active state. [Solution] A base station device (100) having: an adjacent base station information table (150) for storing adjacent base station information that includes handover suppression information correlated with an adjacent cell (200a) managed by an adjacent base station device (200), and also includes the processing capacity index of the adjacent base station device; and a handover control unit (130) for limiting the handover of a mobile terminal device (300) under control to an activated adjacent cell on the basis of the handover suppression information and the processing capacity index when the adjacent cell transitions from an inactive state to an active state.

Le problème décrit par l'invention est de pourvoir à un dispositif de station de base et à un procédé de commande de transfert intercellulaire permettant d'éviter une situation dans laquelle le dispositif de station de base d'une cellule devient surchargé lorsque la cellule passe d'un état inactif à un état actif. La solution de l'invention porte sur un dispositif de station de base (100) comprenant : une table d'informations de station de base adjacente (150) pour stocker des informations de station de base adjacente qui comprennent des informations de suppression de transfert intercellulaire corrélées à une cellule adjacente (200a) gérée par un dispositif de station de base adjacente (200), et comprennent également l'indice de capacité de traitement du dispositif de station de base adjacente ; et une unité de commande de transfert intercellulaire (130) pour limiter le transfert intercellulaire d'un dispositif terminal mobile (300) sous contrôle à une cellule adjacente activée sur la base des informations de suppression de transfert intercellulaire et de l'indice de capacité de traitement lorsque la cellule adjacente passe d'un état inactif à un état actif.

【課題】セルが不活性状態から活性状態に遷移した時に当該セルの基地局装置が過負荷状態になる事態を回避できる基地局装置およびハンドオーバ制御方法を提供する。 【解決手段】基地局装置(100)は、隣接基地局装置(200)が管理する隣接セル(200a)に対応づけたハンドオーバ抑止情報と隣接基地局装置の処理能力指標とを含む隣接基地局情報を格納する隣接基地局情報テーブル(150)と、隣接セルが不活性状態から活性状態に遷移すると、ハンドオーバ抑止情報および処理能力指標に基づいて、配下の移動端末装置(300)の活性化した隣接セルへのハンドオーバを制限するハンドオーバ制御部(130)とを有する。
