Abstract

The present invention prevents abrasion that is caused by residual projections (22a) which remain on a circumferential direction end surface of retainer elements (15b) following the breaking off of a small cross section part (17a); the abrasion occurs at a part where the residual projections (22a) come into contact with the end surface which the projections are facing. On one circumferential direction end surface of the retainer elements (15b), in a circumferentially protruding state, a projection (23) is provided with the tip thereof being flat. In a state where the retainer elements (15b) are aligned in the axial direction and the tip end part of the projection (23) and the other circumferential direction end surface of the retainer elements (15b) are in contact to each other, the position, shape, and dimensions of the small cross section part (17a) and the projection (23) are regulated so that a circumferential direction gap (24) exists between the tip end part of the residual projections (22a) and the circumferential direction end surface of the retainer elements (15b).

La présente invention prévient l'abrasion qui est provoquée par des protubérances résiduelles (22a) qui restent sur une surface extrême de direction circonférentielle d'éléments de retenue (15b) après la rupture d'une partie à petite coupe transversale (17a) ; l'abrasion se produit au niveau d'une partie où les protubérances résiduelles (22a) viennent en contact avec la surface extrême à laquelle les protubérances font face. Une protubérance (23) dont l'extrémité est plate est disposée sur une surface extrême de direction circonférentielle des éléments de retenue (15b), dans un état faisant saillie de façon circonférentielle. Dans un état où les éléments de retenue (15b) sont alignés dans la direction axiale et où la partie d'extrémité de bout de la protubérance (23) et l'autre surface extrême de direction circonférentielle des éléments de retenue (15b) sont en contact l'une avec l'autre, la position, la forme et les dimensions de la partie à petite coupe transversale (17a) et de la protubérance (23) sont régulées de sorte qu'un écartement de direction circonférentielle (24) existe entre la partie d'extrémité de bout des protubérances résiduelles (22a) et la surface extrême de direction circonférentielle des éléments de retenue (15b).

 使用時に、小断面積部17aの裂断に伴い保持器素子15bの円周方向端面に残留した残留突起22aに起因して、残留突起22aと対向する端面との当接部で摩耗が発生することを防止する。保持器素子15bの円周方向一端面に、円周方向に突出した状態で、その先端が平坦である凸部23が設けられる。保持器素子15b同士が軸方向に整合し、かつ、凸部23の先端部と、保持器素子15bの円周方向他端面とが当接した状態で、残留突起22aの先端部と、保持器素子15bの円周方向端面との間に、円周方向隙間24が存在するように、小断面積部17aと凸部23の配置、形状および寸法が規制される。
