Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides hetero aromatic derivatives and pharmaceutical acceptable salts and formulations thereof useful in modulating the protein kinase activity, especially phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases (PI3 kinases) and mTOR, and in modulating inter- and/or intra-cellular signaling activities such as proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, migration and invasion. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising such compounds and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders in mammals, especially humans.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des dérivés hétéro-aromatiques et des sels de qualité pharmaceutique et des préparations associées, utiles dans la modulation de l'activité protéine kinase, en particulier phosphatidylinositol 3-kinases (PI3 kinases) et mTOR, et dans la modulation des activités de signalisation inter- et/ou intra-cellulaires telles que la prolifération, la différenciation, l'apoptose, la migration et l'invasion.
