Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for identifying a genetic marker linked to a trait locus of a plant comprising the steps of measuring phenotypic parameter of plant, developing and screening markers, and conducting data analyses to identify genetic marker. The marker relates to gene that suppresses level of auxin and associated with height increment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour identifier un marqueur génétique lié à un locus de caractère d'une plante comprenant les étapes de mesure d'un paramètre phénotypique d'une plante, de développement et de sélection de marqueurs et de mise en œuvre d'analyses de données afin d'identifier un marqueur génétique. Le marqueur se rapporte à un gène qui réduit le niveau d'auxine et est associé à un incrément de hauteur.
