Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for modifying the surface of a solid material, comprising the steps of: mixing a surface modifier comprising an organic compound comprising one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of an ether group (-O-), a carbonyl group (>C=O), an ester group (-COO-) and a hydroxyl group (-OH), or comprising one or more functional groups selected from the group and a carbon-carbon double or triple bond, and a medium gas; injecting a fuel gas into a mixture gas comprising the surface modifier and the medium gas and pyrolyzing the same at 400-1,400℃, or photolyzing the mixture gas by irradiating light of 10-5,000 mJ/cm2; and spraying the pyrolysis or photolysis product on the surface of a solid material. According to the present invention, it is possible to simply and rapidly modify a poorly adhesive surface into a hydrophilic surface and improve adhesion to an adhesive, an ink, a paint and the like due to long-lasting hydrophilicity. In addition, the surface modification method allows a known aqueous coating agent or aqueous ink, which has not been easily adhered, to be used and is environmentally friendly due to the nonuse of a material such as an organic solvent or a heavy metal.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé permettant de modifier la surface d’un matériau solide, ledit procédé consistant à : mélanger un modificateur de surface comprenant un composé organique contenant un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels choisis dans le groupe constitué par un groupe éther (-O-), un groupe carbonyle (>C=O), un groupe ester (-COO-) et un groupe hydroxyle (-OH), ou contenant un ou plusieurs groupes fonctionnels choisis dans le groupe et une liaison carbone-carbone double ou triple, et un gaz-milieu ; injecter un gaz combustible dans un mélange de gaz comprenant le modificateur de surface et le gaz-milieu et pyrolyser le tout à 400-1 400 ℃, ou photolyser le mélange de gaz par émission d'une lumière de 10 à 5 000 mJ/cm2 ; et pulvériser le produit de pyrolyse ou photolyse à la surface d’un matériau solide. L’invention permet de modifier simplement et rapidement une surface peu adhésive en une surface hydrophile et d’améliorer son adhésion à un adhésif, une encre, une peinture, etc. à cause de son hydrophylie durable. Le procédé de modification de surface permet par ailleurs d’utiliser un agent de revêtement aqueux connu ou une encre aqueuse qui ne colle pas facilement, il est respectueux de l’environnement du fait de l'absence d'utilisation d'un solvant organique ou d'un métal lourd.
(KO) 본 발명은, 에테르기(-O-), 카르보닐기(>C=O), 에스테르기(-COO-), 및 하이드록시기(-OH)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 작용기를 둘 이상 포함하거나, 또는 상기 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 작용기와 탄소-탄소 이중결합 또는 3중결합을 포함하는 유기화합물을 포함하는 표면 개질제와 매체 가스를 혼합하는 단계; 상기 상기 표면 개질제 및 매체 가스 간의 혼합 가스에 연소 가스를 주입하고 400 내지 1400℃로 가열하는 열분해 또는 상기 혼합 가스에 10 내지 5,000 mJ/㎠의 빛을 조사하는 광분해를 수행하는 단계; 및 상기 열분해의 결과물 또는 광분해의 결과물을 고체물질의 표면에 분사시키는 단계;를 포함하는 고체물질의 표면 개질 방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 따르면 난접착성 표면을 간단하고, 신속하게 친수성으로 개질 할 수 있으며, 친수성의 성질이 오래 유지되어 접착제, 잉크, 도료 등과의 밀착성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 상기 표면 개질 방법은 종래 밀착이 용이치 않았던 수성 코팅제나 수성 잉크의 이용을 가능하게 할 수 있으며, 유기용제나 중금속과 같은 물질을 사용하지 않아 친환경적이다.
