Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbon material for negative electrodes, for the production of non-aqueous electrolyte secondary batteries maintaining a large discharge capacity and having excellent rate characteristics (output characteristics) whereby rapid charge/discharge is possible. The issue is solved by this carbon material for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery negative electrodes, obtained by heat-treating a non-graphitizable carbon precursor that has been pulverized and includes 13-80 wt% of volatile component. As a result of the present invention, a carbon material for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery negative electrodes can be provided whereby non-aqueous electrolyte secondary batteries having a large charge/discharge capacity and having excellent rate characteristics can be produced.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de produire un matériau de carbone pour des électrodes négatives, dans la production d'accumulateurs secondaires à électrolyte non aqueux conservant une grande capacité de décharge et présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de débit (caractéristiques de rendement), une charge/décharge rapide étant possible. Le problème est résolu en ce que le matériau de carbone, destiné à des électrodes négatives d'accumulateur secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux, obtenu par traitement thermique d'un précurseur de carbone ne pouvant être graphitisé qui a été pulvérisé, comprend entre 13 à 80 % en poids de composant volatile. Sur la base des résultats de la présente invention, il est possible d'obtenir un matériau de carbone pour des électrodes négatives d'accumulateur secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux, et de produire des batteries secondaires à électrolyte non aqueux ayant une grande capacité de charge/décharge et présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques de débit.
(JA)  本発明の目的は、大きな放電容量を維持したまま、急速充放電が可能なレート特性(出力特性)の優れた非水電解質二次電池の製造のための負極用炭素質材料を提供することにある。 前記課題は本発明の、粉砕され且つ揮発成分13~80重量%を含む難黒鉛化性炭素前駆体を、加熱処理することによって得られる非水電解質二次電池負極用炭素質材料によって解決することができる。本発明によれば、大きな充放電容量を有し、且つレート特性に優れた非水電解質二次電池を製造することのできる非水電解質二次電池負極用炭素質材料を提供することができる。
