Abstract
(EN) An Si-based alloy negative electrode material and an electrode are provided, the negative electrode material being capable of giving excellent battery characteristics because the negative electrode material has a microfined structure, has a controlled composition system whereby ionic conductivity, electronic conductivity, and an enhancing stress relaxation effect are heightened, and comprises an Si phase and an intermetallic-compound phase which have regulated crystallite sizes. This negative electrode material, which is for storage devices that involve the movement of lithium ions when charged/discharged, comprises an Si-based alloy. The negative electrode material comprising an Si-based alloy includes a main Si phase constituted of Si and a compound phase comprising Si and one or more other elements. The compound phase comprises a phase constituted of Si and Cr or of Si, Cr, and Ti. The main Si phase has an Si crystallite size of 30 nm or less, and the compound phase constituted of Si and Cr or of Si, Cr, and Ti has a crystallite size of 40 nm or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau d'électrode négative en alliage à base de Si et une électrode, le matériau d'électrode négative étant apte à fournir d'excellentes caractéristiques de batterie car le matériau d'électrode négative possède une structure micro-amincie, possède un système de composition commandé par lequel une conductivité ionique, une conductivité électronique, et un effet de relaxation de contrainte d'amélioration sont renforcés, et comprend une phase de Si et une phase de composé intermétallique qui possède des tailles de cristallite régulées. Ce matériau d'électrode négative, qui est pour des dispositifs de stockage qui mettent en jeu le mouvement d'ions de lithium lorsqu'ils sont chargés/déchargés, comprend un alliage à base de Si. Le matériau d'électrode négative comprenant un alliage à base de Si comprend une phase principale de Si constituée de Si et d'une phase de composé comprenant du Si et un ou plusieurs autres éléments. La phase de composé comprend une phase constituée de Si et de Cr ou de Si, Cr et Ti.
