Abstract
(DE) Das Verfahren zur Entfernung von Sauerstoff aus einem freien Sauerstoff enthaltenden C4-Kohlenwasserstoffstrom durch katalytische Verbrennung, bei der der freien Sauerstoff enthaltende Kohlenwasserstoffstrom an einem Katalysatorbett durch katalytische Verbrennung in Anwesenheit oder Abwesenheit von freiem Wasserstoff umgesetzt wird, unter Erhalt eines sauerstoffabgereicherten Kohlenwasserstoffstromes, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die katalytische Verbrennung kontinuierlich durchgeführt wird, die Eintrittstemperatur im Katalysatorbett mindestens 300°C beträgt und die Maximaltemperatur im Katalysatorbett nicht mehr als 700°C beträgt.
(EN) The process for removing oxygen from a C4 hydrocarbon stream comprising free oxygen by catalytic combustion, in which the hydrocarbon stream comprising free oxygen is converted over a catalyst bed by catalytic combustion in the presence or absence of free hydrogen to obtain an oxygen-depleted hydrocarbon stream is characterized in that the catalytic combustion is performed continuously, the inlet temperature in the catalyst bed is at least 300°C and the maximum temperature in the catalyst bed is not more than 700°C.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'élimination d'oxygène à partir d'un courant d'hydrocarbure en C4 contenant de l'oxygène libre par combustion catalytique. Le courant d'hydrocarbure contenant de l'oxygène libre est mis à réagir sur un lit de catalyseur par combustion catalytique en présence ou en l'absence d'hydrogène libre pour donner un courant d'hydrocarbure appauvri en oxygène. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la combustion catalytique s'effectue en continu, en ce que la température à l'entrée du lit de catalyseur est au moins égale à 300°C et en ce que la température maximale dans le lit de catalyseur ne dépasse pas 700°C.
