Abstract
(EN) A method for the localised transfer of a palladium species onto a substrate by pad printing, said method comprising the preparation (52) of an intermediate layer of molecules covering a contact face of a pad, said molecules each comprising a main chain, one end of said main chain ending in a less polar group and an opposite end of this main chain ending in a more polar group, the more polar group being chosen from the group consisting of thiols, amines, phosphines and disulphides, the less polar group having a polarity that is strictly lower than that of the more polar group, such that these molecules are only fixed to the contact face by means of Van Der Waals forces and such that the palladium species to be transferred bonds with the more polar group of the molecules, the main chain being a hydrocarbon chain comprising fewer than twenty carbon atoms.
(FR) Procédé de transfert localisé, sur un substrat, d'une espèce palladiée par tamponnage, ce procédé comportant la préparation (52) d'une couche intermédiaire de molécules recouvrant une face de contact d'un tampon, ces molécules comportant chacune une chaîne principale, une extrémité de cette chaîne principale se terminant par un groupement moins polaire et une extrémité opposée de cette chaîne principale se terminant par un groupement plus polaire, le groupement plus polaire étant choisi dans le groupe composé des thiols, des aminés, des phosphines et des disulfures, le groupement moins polaire présentant une polarité strictement inférieure à celle du groupement plus polaire, de sorte que ces molécules sont uniquement fixées à la face de contact par l'intermédiaire de forces de Van Der Waals et que l'espèce palladiée à transférer se lie au groupement le plus polaire des molécules, la chaîne principale étant une chaîne hydrocarbonée comprenant moins de vingt atomes de carbone.
