Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schmelzeverarbeitungsanlage, mit einem Schmelzebeschicker zum Beschicken eines Verarbeitungskopfs, insbesondere Granulierkopfs, mit Schmelze, wobei dem Schmelzebeschicker stromauf des Verarbeitungskopfs ein Anfahrventil zum Ableiten der Schmelze während einer Anfahrund/oder Umrüstphase zugeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäß besitzen die Schmelzekanäle des Zerteilerkopfs zumindest eine stufenförmige Querschnittserweiterung in ihrem Einströmabschnitt, eine vom Austrittsquerschnitt des Ableitkanals abweichende Querschnittsform sowie einen offenen Mündungsbereich aus dem Zerteiler heraus.

(FR) La présente invention concerne une installation de transformation de matière en fusion, comprenant un chargeur de matière en fusion servant à amener de ma matière en fusion à une tête de transformation, en particulier une tête de granulation. En amont de la tête de transformation, le chargeur de matière en fusion est associé à une vanne de démarrage servant à dériver la matière en fusion pendant une phase de démarrage et/ou de changement d'outillage. Selon l'invention, les canaux de matière en fusion de la tête de fragmentation possèdent au moins un élargissement en forme de gradin de la section transversale dans leur segment d'entrée, une forme de section transversale différente de la section transversale de sortie du canal de dérivation, ainsi qu'une zone ouverte au débouché du dispositif de fragmentation.
