Abstract
(EN) A method for making a durable ambient light curable liquid rubber coating with volatile organic compound (VOC) content of less than 450 grams per liter made from ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) in a solvent. The method includes adding a photoinitiator, an additive, pigments, fillers, and a co-agent. A formulation made from the method, wherein the formulation is devoid of thermally activated accelerators.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un revêtement de caoutchouc liquide durable photodurcissable à température ambiante présentant une teneur en composés organiques volatils (COV) inférieure à 450 grammes par litre obtenu à partir de terpolymère d'éthylène propylène diène (EPDM) dans un solvant. Ledit procédé comprend une étape consistant à ajouter un photo-initiateur, un additif, des pigments, des charges et un co-agent. L'invention concerne également une formulation obtenue à l'aide dudit procédé, ladite formulation étant exempte d'accélérateurs activés thermiquement.
