Abstract
(EN) Provided herein are methods for refolding proteins that are denatured. Exemplary methods comprise solubilizing the denatured protein with a denaturing agent, e.g., a chaotropic agent, and renaturing the protein using a buffer exchanging system, e.g., tangential flow filtration (TFF).
