Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a fusion polypeptide, and more specifically, to a fusion polypeptide, wherein a polypeptide fragment comprising 5-30 amino acids is fused between the first to fifth amino acids in the fourth loop of a human-derived ferritin monomer. The fusion polypeptide of the present invention has a protein cage, thereby allowing an active ingredient to be included therein, and is effective for diagnosing diseases and developing a therapeutic agent since the binding force of a polypeptide fragment to a specific molecule, cell or tissue is greatly improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polypeptide de fusion, et plus particulièrement un polypeptide de fusion dans lequel un fragment polypeptidique comprenant 5 à 30 acides aminés est fusionné entre le premier et jusqu'au cinquième acide aminé de la quatrième boucle d'un monomère de ferritine d'origine humaine. Le polypeptide de fusion selon la présente invention présente une cage protéique, permettant ainsi l'inclusion d'un ingrédient actif, et est efficace pour le diagnostic de maladies et la mise au point d'un agent thérapeutique, étant donné que la force de liaison d'un fragment polypeptidique à une molécule, une cellule ou un tissu spécifiques, est considérablement améliorée.
(KO) 본 발명은 융합폴리펩티드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인간 유래 페리틴 모노머의 4번째 루프 (loop)의 첫 번째 내지 다섯 번째 아미노산 사이에 5개 내지 30개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 폴리펩티드단편이 융합된 융합폴리펩티드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 융합폴리펩티드는 단백질 케이지를 형성하여 내부에 유효물질의 봉입이 가능하며, 폴리펩티드단편의 특정 분자, 세포 또는 조직과의 결합력을 매우 향상시켜 질병의 진단, 치료제 개발에 효과적이다.
