Abstract
(EN) An air compressor construction. Same allows an air compressor to obviate the need for a pressure safety valve to be provided additionally to allow compressed air outputted during operation to be kept within a safe pressure value range. Formed at the top end of a piston head (61) of a piston body (6) are an opening and a concavity forming the bottom wall and circumferential wall of a cushioning air-accommodating indentation (60). This allows, when the piston body (6) is moving reciprocately in a cylinder (3) of the air compressor, for all to be kept within the safe pressure value range with respect to an object that is being inflated, provides use safety, obviates the need for a pressure safety valve to be provided additionally, and reduces manufacturing costs. Also, when the piston body (6) of the air compressor is at an upper dead point while making a linear movement in the cylinder (3), a cushioning space can be found between the piston head (61) of the piston body (6) and an interior top wall opposite thereto of the cylinder (3), thus allowing the piston body applicable for such cylinder to further achieve the effect of smooth operation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure de compresseur d'air permettant d'éviter le recours à une soupape de sécurité afin que l'air comprimé émis pendant le fonctionnement soit maintenu dans une plage de valeur de pression sûre. Une ouverture et une concavité formant la paroi inférieure et la paroi circonférentielle d'une indentation de réception d'air d'amortissement (60) sont formées au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure d'une tête de piston (61) d'un corps de piston (6). Cela permet à l'ensemble, lorsque le corps de piston (6) se déplace suivant un mouvement de va-et-vient dans un cylindre (3) du compresseur d'air, d'être maintenu à l'intérieur de la plage de valeur de pression sûre par rapport à un objet qui est gonflé, assure une sécurité d'utilisation, évite le recours à une soupape de sécurité supplémentaire et réduit les coûts de fabrication. De même, lorsque le corps de piston (6) du compresseur d'air est au niveau d'un point mort supérieur tout en réalisant un mouvement linéaire dans le cylindre (3), un espace d'amortissement peut se trouver entre la tête de piston (61) du corps de piston (6) et une paroi supérieure intérieure du cylindre (3) opposée à celui-ci, permettant ainsi au corps de piston applicable audit cylindre de présenter un fonctionnement en douceur.
(ZH) 一种空气压缩机构造,其可让空气压缩机不必设置额外的压力安全阀就可使运作中所输出的压缩空气保持在安全压力值范围内,在活塞体(6)的活塞头(61)顶端处形成一开放口并向内凹陷形成有一底壁及周壁的缓冲纳气槽(60),使活塞体(6)在空气压缩机的汽缸(3)内进行往复运作时,均可对被充气物品保持在安全的压力值范围内,具有使用安全性,不必额外添设压力安全阀,缩减了制造成本,且空气压缩机的活塞体(6)在汽缸(3)内进行直线运动位于上死点时,活塞体(6)的活塞头(61)相对于汽缸(3)内部顶壁之间可存有一缓冲空间,以使应用于此种汽缸的活塞体更达到顺畅运作的效益。
