Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for controlling a bit rate and an apparatus therefor, and more specifically to an apparatus for storing a bit rate changed according to a significant level in a memory and a method for determining the bit rate, which meets the requirements for the distortion according to the memory space limitation and the significant level of the image information so as to minimize the energy consumption.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour réguler un débit binaire et un appareil s'y rapportant, et plus particulièrement un appareil destiné à mémoriser un débit binaire modifié selon un niveau significatif dans une mémoire ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de déterminer le débit binaire, qui répond aux obligations de distorsion conformément à la limitation de l'espace mémoire et au niveau significatif des informations d'image, de manière à réduire au minimum la consommation d'énergie.
(KO) 본 발명은 비트율 제어 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유의레벨에 따라 비트율을 달리하여 메모리에 저장하는 장치 및 비트율 결정 방법에 관한 것으로, 메모리 공간 제한과 영상정보의 유의레벨에 따른 왜곡 요구를 충족하는 에너지 소비 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
