Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a swirl-type ventilator, and more specifically, a swirl-type fan ventilator, wherein a swirler fan has a rotary plate and blades and generates swirl by the rotation thereof so as to induce a pressure difference and the air flow direction, thereby rapidly and efficiently introducing the air including external pollution sources or the like into a housing. The introduced air of the pollution sources rapidly and easily moves in the direction of an exhaust pipe by a suction fan which is provided on the same shaft as a fixed bell mouth and rotates so as to maximize the exhaust efficiency. The outside edge of the bell mouth is a curved surface which is curved in the direction of the swirler fan and the inside edge thereof forms a curved surface which is curved in the direction of the suction fan so as to increase the flow speed. Stepped portions in the height direction and the thickness direction are formed so as to facilitate the generation of the swirl and guides are provided to the outer walls of the blades of the swirler fan such that the air including the pollution sources or the like and partially dispersed by the rotation force of the blades is introduced into the housing. The swirl-type fan ventilator, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing formed in a hollow shape and having an inner diameter larger at one side end portion than the other side end portion; a motor provided to the inside of the housing; a cylindrical rotation shaft provided to the motor; the swirler fan including a rotation plate provided to the rotation shaft so as to rotate and a plurality of blades disposed along the outer peripheral surface of the rotation plate and fixed in an erected state; a bell mouth surrounding the swirler fan at the lower portion of the swirler fan; and a suction fan which is provided to the rotation shaft so as to rotate, is provided at the lower portion of the bell mouth, and is formed from the combination of a plurality of individual blades which are turned at a predetermined angle with respect to a radial direction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ventilateur soufflant du type à turbulence. Une soufflante à turbulence est formée d'une plaque rotative et de pales et génère une turbulence par sa rotation, de façon à induire une différence de pression et la direction d'écoulement de l'air, ce qui permet d'introduire rapidement et efficacement l'air comprenant des sources de pollution externe ou analogue dans un logement. L'air introduit des sources de pollution se déplace rapidement et facilement en direction d'un tuyau d'échappement par un ventilateur d'extraction, qui est situé sur le même arbre qu'une ouverture évasée fixe et tourne de façon à optimiser l'efficacité d'échappement. Le bord externe de l'ouverture évasée est une surface courbée qui est courbée dans la direction de la soufflante à turbulence et le bord interne de celle-ci forme une surface courbée qui est courbée dans la direction du ventilateur d'extraction, de façon à augmenter la vitesse d'écoulement. Des parties à étage dans le sens de la hauteur et le sens de l'épaisseur sont formées de façon à faciliter la génération de la turbulence et des guides sont situés sur les parois externes des pales de la soufflante à turbulence, de sorte que l'air comprenant les sources de pollution ou analogue et partiellement dispersé par la force de rotation des pales est introduit dans le logement. Le ventilateur soufflant du type à turbulence selon la présente invention comprend : un logement de forme creuse possédant un diamètre interne plus grand au niveau d'une partie extrémité latérale que de l'autre partie extrémité latérale; un moteur situé sur l'intérieur du logement; un arbre de rotation cylindrique situé sur le moteur; la soufflante à turbulence comprenant une plaque de rotation, située sur l'arbre de rotation de façon à tourner et une pluralité de pales disposées le long de la surface périphérique externe de la plaque de rotation et fixées dans un état dressé; une ouverture évasée entourant la soufflante à turbulence au niveau de la partie inférieure de celle-ci; et un ventilateur d'extraction, situé sur l'arbre de rotation de façon à tourner, est disposé au niveau de la partie inférieure de l'ouverture évasée et est formé à partir de l'association d'une pluralité de pales individuelles qui sont orientées selon un angle prédéfini par rapport à une direction radiale.
(KO) 본 발명은 와류형 배기장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 회전판과 날개로 구성되고 스왈러팬의 회전에 의해 와류를 발생시켜 기압차와 공기흐름방향을 유도함으로써 외부의 오염원 등을 포함한 공기가 하우징 내로 신속하고 효율적으로 유입되도록 하고, 유입된 오염원 등의 공기는 고정된 벨 마우스와 동일 축에 장착되어 회전하는 흡입팬에 의해 배기관 방향으로 신속하고 용이하게 이동함으로써 배기효율을 극대화하며, 벨 마우스의 외측 가장자리는 스왈러팬 방향으로 휘어진 곡면이고 내측 가장자리는 흡입팬 방향으로 휘어진 곡면을 형성함으로써 유속을 증가시키고, 높이 방향의 단차와 두께 방향의 단차를 형성함으로써 와류 발생을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 스왈러팬의 날개 외벽에는 가이드를 설치하여 날개 회전력에 의해 일부 분산되는 오염원 등을 포함한 공기를 하우징으로 유입하는 와류형 스왈러팬 배기장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명이 제안하는 와류형 스왈러팬 배기장치는 내부가 빈 형상으로 일측단부가 타측보다 큰 내경을 갖는 하우징;과 상기 하우징의 내부에 구비되는 모터;와 상기 모터에 장착된 회전축;과 상기 회전축에 장착되어 회전하는 원판형상의 회전판과, 상기 회전판의 외주면을 따라 복수개 배치되어 직립된 상태로 고정되는 날개를 포함하는 스왈러팬;과 상기 스왈러팬의 하부에서 상기 스왈러팬을 감싸는 벨 마우스(bell mouth);및 상기 회전축에 장착되어 회전하고, 상기 벨 마우스의 하부에 구비되며, 반지름 방향에 대해 소정 각도로 틀어진 복수개의 개별 날개 조합으로 이루어지는 흡입팬;을 포함하여 이루어진다.
