Abstract
(EN) An X-ray CT device according an embodiment comprises a bed drive means, a setting means, a determination means and a control means. The bed drive means moves a top plate back and forth along a direction of a body axis of a subject. The setting means sets coverage of a helical scan in the direction of the body axis. When the helical scan reaches one end of the set coverage, the determination means determines whether or not the position of the top plate matches a predetermined scan end position. When the result of determination by the determination means is negative, the control means controls the bed drive means so as to move the position of the top plate to the predetermined scan end position.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un dispositif de tomodensitométrie à rayons X qui comprend un moyen d'entraînement de lit, un moyen de réglage, un moyen de détermination et un moyen de commande. Le moyen d'entraînement de lit avance et recule une plaque supérieure le long d'une direction de l'axe du corps d'un sujet. Le moyen de réglage règle la couverture d'un balayage hélicoïdal dans la direction de l'axe du corps. Lorsque le balayage hélicoïdal atteint une extrémité de la couverture définie, le moyen de détermination détermine si la position de la plaque supérieure correspond ou non à une position d'extrémité de balayage prédéterminée. Lorsque le résultat de la détermination effectuée par le moyen de détermination est négatif, le moyen de commande contrôle le moyen d'entraînement de lit de sorte à déplacer la position de la plaque supérieure vers la position d'extrémité de balayage prédéterminée.
(JA)  実施形態のX線CT装置は、寝台駆動手段、設定手段、判定手段及び制御手段を備えている。寝台駆動手段は、被検体の体軸の方向に沿って、天板を往復移動させる。設定手段は、体軸の方向におけるヘリカルスキャンの撮影範囲を設定する。判定手段は、設定された撮影範囲におけるヘリカルスキャンが一方端に達すると、天板の位置が予定されていたスキャン終了予定位置に一致しているか否かを判定する。制御手段は、判定手段による判定の結果が否を示すとき、天板の位置をスキャン終了予定位置に移動させるよう寝台駆動手段を制御する。
