Abstract
(EN) An objective of the present invention is to provide a vehicle-mounted electronic module whereby, while having an external connection function and environmental resilience reliability equivalent to conventional technology, it is possible to eliminate a male connector housing component and simultaneously achieve a smaller size and, by reducing the number of components and assembly man-hours, a lower cost. This vehicle-mounted electronic module comprises: a circuit substrate (1), further comprising a mounting region (2) whereupon electronic components (8, 9, 10, 11) are mounted, and a terminal forming region (3) whereupon substrate terminals (4, 5) are formed; and a case which houses the mounting region (2) of the circuit substrate (1). The case further comprises a case member (13), whereupon wall faces which form an interior space (21) of the case which houses the mounting region (2), and a male connector housing (13a) whereupon a female connector (200) is fitted, are solid cast. The circuit substrate (1) has a structure of passing through the case member (13) and the terminal forming region (3) being exposed on a housing space (22) side of the male connector housing (13a).
(FR) La présente invention a pour objectif de fournir un module électronique monté sur véhicule qui, tout en ayant une fonctionnalité de connexion externe et des capacités de résistance aux intempéries équivalentes à la technologie classique, permet simultanément d'éliminer un composant de boîtier de connecteur mâle tout en bénéficiant d'un encombrement réduit et, en réduisant le nombre de composants et le personnel nécessaire à l'assemblage, d'un coût plus faible. Le module électronique monté sur véhicule de la présente invention comprend : un substrat de circuit (1) comprenant une région de montage (2) sur laquelle sont montés les composants électroniques (8, 9, 10, 11), et une région de formation de borne (3) sur laquelle sont formées les bornes de substrat (4, 5) ; et un boîtier qui contient la région de montage (2) du substrat de circuit (1). Le boîtier comprend en outre un élément de boîtier (13) sur lequel sont coulées les faces de paroi formant un espace intérieur (21) du boîtier contenant la région de montage (2) ainsi qu'un boîtier de connecteur mâle (13a) sur lequel est installé un connecteur femelle (200). Le substrat de circuit (1) comprend une structure passant à travers l'élément de boîtier (13), la région de formation de borne (3) étant exposée du côté creux (22) du boîtier de connecteur mâle (13a).
(JA) 本発明は,従来と同等の外部接続機能と耐環境信頼性を有しつつ,オス型コネクタハウジング部品をなくして小型化と部品点数や組立工数削減による低コスト化を同時に達成可能な車載用電子モジュールを提供することを目的とする。本発明の車載用電子モジュールは,電子部品(8,9,10,11)が実装された実装領域(2)と基板端子(4,5)が形成された端子形成領域(3)とを有する回路基板(1)と,回路基板(1)の実装領域(2)を収容するケースとを備える。ケースは,実装領域(2)を収容するケース内空間(21)を形成する壁面と,メス型コネクタ(200)が装着されるオス型コネクタハウジング(13a)とが一体成型されたケース部材(13)とを備える。回路基板(1)は,ケース部材(13)を貫通して,端子形成領域(3)をオス型コネクタハウジング(13a)のハウジング空間(22)側に露出させた構造を有する。
