Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a power transmission line diagnosing device. An inspection robot of the present invention includes: a plurality of robot mechanisms running along a power transmission line; and a body frame interconnecting the robot mechanisms. Each of the robot mechanisms includes: a pair of driving rollers stably placed on and running along the power transmission line; a driving motor for providing a driving power to one driving roller among the pair of driving rollers; module frames installed at the driving rollers, respectively; a moving means for adjusting a space between the driving rollers by increasing or decreasing the space; and an inspection device for inspecting the power transmission line or a transmission tower structure. The inspection robot can detect degradation of an invisible conductor portion due to internal corrosion of the electric wire, as well as performing the conventional inspections, while moving by itself along the power transmission line.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de diagnostic pour lignes de transport d'électricité. Un robot d'inspection selon la présente invention comprend: une pluralité de mécanismes robotisés avançant le long d'une ligne de transport d'électricité; et un châssis de corps interconnectant les mécanismes robotisés. Chacun des mécanismes robotisés comprend: une paire de galets d'entraînement placés sur et avançant le long de la ligne de transport d'électricité; un moteur d'entraînement servant à transmettre une puissance motrice à un galet d'entraînement de la paire de galets d'entraînement; des châssis de modules installés respectivement au niveau des galets d'entraînement; un moyen de déplacement servant à régler un écart entre les galets d'entraînement en augmentant ou en diminuant l'écart; et un dispositif d'inspection servant à inspecter la ligne de transport d'électricité ou une structure de pylône de transmission. Le robot d'inspection est capable de détecter une dégradation d'une partie invisible de conducteur, due à une corrosion interne du fil électrique, ainsi que de réaliser une inspection conventionnelle tout en se déplaçant de façon autonome le long de la ligne de transport d'électricité.
(KO) 본 발명은 송전선로 진단장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 점검로봇은 송전선로를 따라 주행하는 복수의 로봇기구와, 상기 로봇기구들을 연결하는 몸체 프레임을 포함하며, 상기 로봇기구는 상기 송전선로에 안착되어 상기 송전선로를 따라 주행하는 한 쌍의 구동롤러와, 상기 한 쌍의 구동롤러 중 어느 하나의 구동롤러에 구동력을 제공하는 구동모터와, 각각의 구동롤러에 설치되는 모듈 프레임과, 상기 구동롤러 간 사이가 벌어지거나 좁혀지도록 간격을 조절하는 이동수단과, 상기 송전선로 또는 송전철탑 구조물을 점검하는 점검장치를 포함하며, 선로 상에서 스스로 이동하면서 현재 시행되고 있는 검사뿐만 아니라 전선의 내부 부식에 의한 눈에 보이지 않는 도체 부분에 대한 열화를 검출할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
