Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is an acetyl-CoA-producing microorganism, which is obtained by imparting malate thiokinase and malyl-CoA lyase enzymatic activities to a microorganism having none of the following (a), (b), (c) or (d), without imparting any of (a), (b), (c) or (d), or, even when one or more of (a), (b), (c) or (d) are imparted, not allowing the functions thereof to be exerted: (a) a carbon dioxide fixation cycle having an enzymatic reaction from malonyl-CoA to malonate semialdehyde or 3-hydroxypropionate, (b) a carbon dioxide fixation cycle having an enzymatic reaction from acetyl-CoA and CO2 to pyruvate, (c) a carbon dioxide fixation cycle having an enzymatic reaction from crotonyl-CoA and CO2 to ethylmalonyl-CoA or glutaconyl-CoA or (d) a carbon dioxide fixation cycle having an enzymatic reaction from CO2 to formate.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un micro-organisme producteur d’acétyl-CoA, qui est obtenu en conférant des activités enzymatiques malate thiokinase et malyl-CoA lyase à un micro-organisme n’ayant aucun des (a), (b), (c) ou (d) ci-dessous, sans conférer l’un quelconque de (a), (b), (c) ou (d), ou, même lorsqu’un ou plusieurs de (a), (b), (c) ou (d) sont conférés, ne permettant pas que les fonctions de ceux-ci soient exercées : (a) un cycle de fixation de dioxyde de carbone ayant une réaction enzymatique de malonyl-CoA en malonate semialdéhyde ou 3-hydroxypropionate, (b) un cycle de fixation de dioxyde de carbone ayant une réaction enzymatique d’acétyl-CoA et CO2 en pyruvate, (c) un cycle de fixation de dioxyde de carbone ayant une réaction enzymatique de crotonyl-CoA et CO2 en éthylmalonyl-CoA ou glutaconyl-CoA ou (d) un cycle de fixation de dioxyde de carbone ayant une réaction enzymatique de CO2 en formiate.
