Abstract
(EN) An electric braking device for vehicles, wherein a mount member (MTB) is fixed to a supporting member (knuckle) (NKL) by first and second fastening members (TK1, TK2), and a caliper (CPR) is attached to the mount member (MTB) by first and second guide members (GD1, GD2). The motor axis line (Jmt) of an electric motor and the axis line (Jsf) of a shaft member pressing a pressing member (PSN) are different. The electric motor is fixed to the caliper (CPR). When viewed from the axis line direction of the first guide member (GD1), the motor axis line (Jmt) is positioned inside a fastening quadrilateral (Mtk, quadrilateral G-H-L-K) vertical to the axis line (Jgd1) and having as the four corners therefor positions on each axis line (Jgd1, Jgd2, Jtk1, and Jtk2), of GD1, GD2, TK1, and TK2. The motor axis line (Jmt) is also orthogonal to the horizontal plane of the fastening quadrilateral (Mtk). As a result, an electric braking device for vehicles can be provided that has shorter dimensions in the axis direction and suppressed vibration amplitude, and has appropriately arranged therein constituent fittings that are readily affected by vibration.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de freinage électrique pour véhicules, dans lequel un élément de châssis (MTB) est fixé à un élément de support (joint articulé) (NKL) par des premier et second éléments de fixation (TK1, TK2) et un étrier (CPR) est fixé à l'élément de châssis (MTB) par des premier et second éléments de guidage (GD1, GD2). La ligne axiale de moteur (Jmt) d'un moteur électrique et la ligne axiale (Jsf) des éléments d'arbre comprimant un élément de compression (PSN) sont différentes. Le moteur électrique est fixé à l'étrier (CPR). Lorsque vue depuis la direction de ligne axiale du premier élément de guidage (GD1), la ligne axiale de moteur (Jmt) est positionnée à l'intérieur d'un quadrilatère de fixation (Mtk, quadrilatère G-H-L-K) vertical par rapport à la ligne axiale (Jgd1) et ayant comme quatre coins les positions prévues sur chaque ligne axiale (Jgd1, Jgd2, Jtk1 et Jtk2), de GD1, GD2, TK1 et TK2. La ligne axiale de moteur (Jmt) est également perpendiculaire au plan horizontal du quadrilatère de fixation (Mtk). Par conséquent, un dispositif de freinage électrique pour véhicules peut présenter des dimensions plus courtes dans la direction axiale et une amplitude supprimée des vibrations et comprendre des raccords constitutifs disposés de façon adéquate à l'intérieur et facilement soumis aux vibrations.
