Abstract
(EN) Provided is an electric motor bobbin structure that is capable of efficiently transmitting heat generated from a winding to a stator core and improving heat-transmission performance. This electric motor bobbin structure is provided with: a stator core (32); a bobbin (36) covering the outside of the stator core (32); a winding (33) wound around the outside of the stator core (32) with a bobbin (36) interposed therebetween; and a mold resin (34) for integrally sealing the stator core (32), the bobbin (36), and the winding (33), and having higher heat conductivity than the bobbin (36). The bobbin (36) also has a winding support part (36a) for supporting the winding (33), and a thickness-removing part (36b) formed on the winding support part (36a) and covered by the winding (33). The mold resin (34) is configured to fill at least part of the thickness-removing part (36b), and to contact the stator core (32) and the winding (33).
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de navette de moteur électrique qui est capable de transmettre efficacement la chaleur générée par un enroulement vers un noyau de stator et d'améliorer la performance de transmission de chaleur. Cette structure de navette de moteur électrique comporte : un noyau de stator (32) ; une navette (36) recouvrant l'extérieur du noyau de stator (32) ; un enroulement (33) enroulé autour de l'extérieur du noyau de stator (32) avec une navette (36) intercalée entre eux ; et une résine de moulage (34) permettant de sceller intégralement le noyau de stator (32), la navette (36) et l'enroulement (33) et ayant une conductivité thermique supérieure à celle de la navette (36). La navette (36) a aussi une partie de support d'enroulement (36a) permettant de supporter l'enroulement (33) et une partie de retrait d'épaisseur (36b) formée sur la partie de support d'enroulement (36a) et recouverte par l'enroulement. La résine de moulage (34) est conçue pour remplir au moins une partie de la partie de retrait d'épaisseur (36b) et pour être en contact avec le noyau de stator (32) et l'enroulement (33).
(JA) 巻き線から発生した熱をステータコアへ効率よく伝達し、伝熱性能を向上することができる電動機のボビン構造を提供する。 本発明の電動機のボビン構造では、ステータコア(32)と、ステータコア(32)の外側を覆うボビン(36)と、ステータコア(32)の外側にボビン(36)を介して巻回される巻き線(33)と、ステータコア(32)、ボビン(36)、巻き線(33)を一体的に封止すると共にボビン(36)よりも熱伝導性の高いモールド樹脂(34)と、を備えている。また、ボビン(36)は、巻き線(33)を支持する巻き線支持部(36a)と、巻き線支持部(36a)に形成されて巻き線(33)に覆われる肉抜き部(36b)と、を有する。そして、モールド樹脂(34)を、肉抜き部(36b)の少なくとも一部に充填し、ステータコア(32)と巻き線(33)とに接触させる構成とした。
