Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Pleuelstange, die eine Aufnahme für eine Kurbelwelle sowie eine Bohrung zur Verbindung mit einem Kolben aufweist, mit den Schritten: Bereitstellen eines Pleuelstangenrohlings aus einem Metallmaterial, wobei der Pleuelstangenrohling eine Kolbenbolzenbohrung zur Durchführung eines Kolbenbolzens aufweist, der mit einem Kolben verbindbar ist; und Bearbeiten einer Oberfläche der Kolbenbolzenbohrungzur Verbesserung der tribologischen Eigenschaften, wobei der Bearbeitungsschritt beinhaltet, ein Werkzeuggegen eine Oberfläche der Kolbenbolzenbohrungmechanisch zu reiben, wobei währenddessen eine Prozessflüssigkeit in einem Kontaktbereich zwischen der Kolbenbolzenbohrung und dem Werkzeugzugeführt wird, wobei die Prozessflüssigkeit ein Chalkogenelement aufweist, wobei das mechanische Reiben mit einem Kontaktdruck im Bereich zwischen 1% und 100% der finalen Festigkeit der Pleuelstange durchgeführt wird, wobei die Prozessflüssigkeit ferner ein Refraktärmetallelement beinhaltet, wobei der mechanische Reibschritt ein Polieren der Oberfläche der Kolbenbolzenbohrung sowie die Abscheidung eines Reibfilms bewirkt, der das Chalkogenelement, das Refraktärmetallelement und Material aus der Pleuelstange beinhaltet, und zwar auf der Oberfläche der Kolbenbolzenbohrung.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a connecting rod, which has a receptacle for a crankshaft and a bore for connecting to a piston, comprising the following steps: providing a connecting rod blank made of a metal material, wherein the connecting rod blank has a wrist pin bore for feeding a wrist pin through, which wrist pin can be connected to a piston; and processing a surface of the wrist pin bore in order to improve the tribological properties, wherein the processing step comprises mechanically rubbing a tool against a surface of the wrist pin bore, wherein meanwhile a process liquid is fed in a contact region between the wrist pin bore and the tool, wherein the process liquid comprises a chalcogen element, wherein the mechanical rubbing is performed with a contact pressure in the range between 1% and 100% of the final strength of the connecting rod, wherein the process liquid also contains a refractory metal element, wherein the mechanical rubbing step causes a polishing of the surface of the wrist pin bore and the deposition of a rubbing film, which contains the chalcogen element, the refractory metal element, and material from the connecting rod, namely on the surface of the wrist pin bore.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bielle, laquelle présente un logement de vilebrequin ainsi qu'un alésage de liaison avec un piston, comprenant les étapes suivantes : préparation d'une ébauche de bielle en matériau métallique, l'ébauche de bielle possédant un alésage d'axe de piston destiné à être traversé par un axe de piston qui peut être relié à un piston ; et usinage d'une surface de l'alésage d'axe de piston en vue d'améliorer les caractéristiques tribologiques. L'étape d'usinage comprend le frottement mécanique d'un outil contre une surface de l'alésage d'axe de piston, opération pendant laquelle un liquide de procédé est acheminé dans une zone de contact entre l'alésage d'axe de piston et l'outil. Le liquide de procédé présente un élément du groupe 16 et le frottement mécanique est réalisé avec une pression de contact allant de 1 % à 100 % de la solidité finale de la bielle. Le liquide de procédé contient en outre un élément métallique réfractaire et l'étape de frottement mécanique provoque un polissage de la surface de l'alésage d'axe de piston ainsi que la séparation d'un film d'abrasion qui contient l'élément du groupe 16, l'élément métallique réfractaire et du matériau de la bielle, et ce sur la surface de l'alésage d'axe de piston.
