Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung von α,ω-Alkandiol umfassend die Schritte a) Umsetzen einer Alkansäure mit einem Alkanol zu einem Ester, b) Oxidation wenigstens eines terminalen Kohlenstoffatoms des Esters durch Kontaktieren mit einem Ganzzellkatalysator, der eine Alkanhydroxylase exprimiert, in wässriger Lösung und in Gegenwart von molekularem Sauerstoff, zu einem oxidierten Ester, c) Hydrieren des oxidierten Esters unter Entstehung des Alkandiols und Alkanols, und d) destillatives Abtrennen des Alkanols unter Entstehung einer mit Hinblick auf das Alkanol abgereicherten Reaktionsmischung, und Rückführen des Alkanols in Schritt a).
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing α,ω-alkane-diol, comprising the steps a) converting an alkane acid having an alkanol to an ester, b) oxidizing at least one terminal carbon atom of the ester by contact to a whole-cell catalyst which expresses an alkane-hydroxylase, in an aqueous solution and in the presence of molecular oxygen, to an oxidized ester, c) hydrating the oxidized ester, producing the alkane-diol and alkanol, and d) separating the alkanol by distillation, producing a reaction mixture, which is depleted in respect of the alkonol, and recycling of the alkanol in step a).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire α,ω-alcane-diol, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : a) réaction d'un acide d'alcane avec un alcanol pour former un ester, b) oxydation d'au moins un atome de carbone terminal de l'ester par mise en contact avec un catalyseur de cellule entière qui exprime une hydroxylase d'alcane, dans une solution aqueuse et en présence d'oxygène moléculaire, de manière à former un ester oxydé, c) hydrogénation de l'ester oxydé avec formation de l'alcane-diol et de l'alcanol, et d) séparation par voie distillative de l'alcanol avec formation d'un mélange réactionnel appauvri en termes d'alcanol et renvoi de l'alcanol à l'étape a).
