Abstract
(DE) Es wird ein Schlafkissen (10) zur Linderung einer Schlafapnoe beschrieben. Das Schlafkissen (10) umfasst ein Stellmittelsystem, welches zur Lageveränderung eines auf dem Schlafkissen (10) befindlichen Kopfes über ein Steuergerät (23) ansteuerbar ist, und mit Sensormitteln (21, 16) zur Erfassung einer Lage des Kopfes versehen ist, wobei das Steuergerät (23) derart ausgebildet ist, dass ferner Sensormittelsignale von weiteren Sensormitteln (46, 48, 50, 52, 53) zur Erfassung von Atmungsaktivitäten einer Person erfassbar sind. Um eine Schlafapnoe einer das Schlafkissen (10) benutzenden Person zu lindern bzw. zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die weiteren Sensormittel (46, 48, 50, 52, 53) Sensoren zur Erfassung der Atmungsfrequenz oder von Atmungsbewegungen am Brustkorb der Person oder Sensoren zur Erfassung des Nasenstaudrucks einer Person umfassen und das Stellmittelsystem in Abhängigkeit von den Sensormittelsignalen der weiteren Sensormittel (46, 48, 50, 52, 53) ansteuerbar ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a sleeping pillow (10) for alleviating a sleep apnea. The sleeping pillow (10) comprises an adjusting means system, which can be actuated for changing the position of a head located on the sleeping pillow (10) by way of a control device (23), and which has sensor means (21, 16) for detecting the position of a head. The control device (23) is configured such that in addition, sensor means signals from further sensor means (46, 48, 50, 52, 53) for detecting breathing activities of a person can be detected. In order to alleviate or avoid a sleep apnea of a person using the sleeping pillow (10), the further sensor means (46, 48, 50, 52, 53), according to the invention, comprise sensors for detecting the breathing frequency or breathing movements on the chest of the person, or sensors for detecting the nose dynamic pressure of a person, and the adjusting means system can be actuated subject to the sensor means signals of the further sensor means (46, 48, 50, 52, 53).

Ledit oreiller (10) comprend un système de moyens de réglage qui peut être commandé par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de commande (23), pour modifier la position de la tête reposant sur l'oreiller (10), et est doté de moyens de détection (21, 16) pour détecter la position de la tête. Le dispositif de commande (23) est conçu de manière qu'en outre, des signaux de moyens de détection émis par d'autres moyens de détection (46, 48, 50, 52, 53) pour détecter les activités respiratoires d'une personne peuvent être enregistrés. L'invention vise à diminuer ou encore à éviter l'apnée du sommeil chez une personne utilisant ledit oreiller (10). A cet effet, les autres moyens de détection (46, 48, 50, 52, 53) comprennent des capteurs pour enregistrer la fréquence respiratoire ou les mouvements respiratoires au niveau de la cage thoracique de la personne ou bien des capteurs pour enregistrer la pression dynamique nasale d'une personne, et le système de moyens de réglage peut être commandé en fonction des signaux émis par les autres moyens de détection (46, 48, 50, 52, 53).
