Abstract
(EN) Synthesis of molecules and salts is disclosed having low average symmetry and their use in many applications, including but not limited to: as electrolytes in electronic devices such as memory devices including static, permanent and dynamic random access memory, as electrolytes in energy storage devices such as batteries, electrochemical double layer capacitors (EDLCs) or supercapacitors or ultracapacitors, electrolytic capacitors, as electrolytes in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), as electrolytes in fuel cells, as a heat transfer medium, high temperature reaction and/or extraction media, among other applications. In particular, synthesis methods and processes to form molecules and salts having low average symmetry using mixed Grignard reagents are disclosed.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une synthèse de molécules et de sels ayant une faible symétrie moyenne et sur leur utilisation dans de nombreuses applications, comprenant mais n'étant pas limitées à : en tant qu'électrolytes dans des dispositifs électroniques tels que des dispositifs de mémoire comprenant une mémoire vive statique, permanente et dynamique ; en tant qu'électrolytes dans des dispositifs de stockage d'énergie tels que des batteries, des condensateurs à double couche électrochimiques (EDLC) ou des supercondensateurs ou des ultracondensateurs, des condensateurs électrolytiques ; en tant qu'électrolytes dans des cellules solaires sensibilisées par marqueur (DSSC) ; en tant qu'électrolytes dans des piles à combustible ; en tant que milieu de transfert thermique, milieu de réaction et/ou d'extraction à haute température, entre autres applications. En particulier, des méthodes et des procédés de synthèse pour former des molécules et des sels ayant une faible symétrie moyenne en utilisant des réactifs de Grignard mélangés sont décrits.
