Abstract
(EN) This sensor unit (8) for sensing the angular position of a rotatable element (4) with respect to a non-rotatable element (2) comprises an encoder (82) fast in rotation with the rotatable element (4), and a sensor body (84) fixed with respect to the non-rotatable element (2). The sensor body includes at least one sensing element (86) adapted to sense the angular position or the rotation speed and direction of the encoder (82), a support member (88) for signal processing means, and an output connector (94) for transmitting sensing data, the output connector (94) comprising at least one electrical wire (94a) connected to the support member (88). The sensor unit (8) comprises a tubular body (95), adapted to accommodate the output connector (94), divided into a first half shell (950) integral with the sensor body (84) and a second half shell (952) assembled with the first half shell (950) around the output connector (94). An internal surface (956) of the tubular body (95) comprises at least one radial ridge (956a, 956b) adapted to block a translation of the output connector (94) along a longitudinal axis (X95) of the tubular body (95) by penetrating into a sheath (94b) of the output connector (94).
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble capteur (8) qui permet de détecter la position angulaire d'un élément rotatif (4) par rapport à un élément fixe (2) et qui comporte un encodeur (82) rapide en rotation avec l'élément rotatif (4), et un corps de capteur (84) fixé par rapport à l'élément fixe (2). Le corps de capteur comprend au moins un élément de détection (86) conçu pour détecter la position angulaire ou la vitesse de rotation et la direction de l'encodeur (82), un élément de support (88) pour un moyen de traitement de signal, et un connecteur de sortie (94) pour transmettre des données de détection, le connecteur de sortie (94) comportant au moins un fil électrique (94a) connecté à l'élément de support (88). L'ensemble capteur (8) comporte un corps tubulaire (95), conçu pour recevoir le connecteur de sortie (94), divisé en une première demi-coquille (950) intégrée au corps du capteur (84) et en une deuxième demi-coquille (952) assemblée avec la première demi-coquille (950) autour du connecteur de sortie (94).
