Abstract
(EN) A heat fin comprises two side panels, a frame for connecting the two side panels, a capillary structural layer, and a phase change working medium, wherein the two side panels and the frame form a hollow thin-plate casing; the capillary structural layer is closely attached to an inner wall of the casing; the phase change working medium is sealed in the casing; a part of an edge of each side panel or a part of the frame serves as an evaporation area; and the rest part of each side panel or the rest part of the casing serves as a condensation area. Due to the adoption of the heat fin, the area of a steam conveying passage, the reflux width of the liquid working medium, and the direct heat dissipation area of the condensation area are increased, the distance from the center of the evaporation area to the edge of the evaporation area is shortened, the heat conduction limit is greatly improved, and a higher heat flow density is obtained.
(FR) L'invention concerne une ailette thermique comprenant deux panneaux latéraux, une structure permettant de raccorder les deux panneaux latéraux, une couche structurale capillaire et un milieu actif à changement de phase, les deux panneaux latéraux et la structure formant un carter à plaques minces creux; la couche structurale capillaire étant fermement fixée sur une paroi interne du carter; le milieu actif à changement de phase étant scellé dans le carter; une partie d'un bord de chaque panneau latéral ou une partie de la structure servant de zone d'évaporation; et la partie restante de chaque panneau latéral ou la partie restante du carter servant de zone de condensation. Grâce à l'adoption de l'ailette thermique, la zone d'un passage de transport de vapeur, la largeur de reflux du milieu actif liquide et la zone de dissipation de chaleur directe de la zone de condensation sont augmentées, la distance du centre de la zone d'évaporation au bord de la zone d'évaporation est raccourcie, la limite de conduction thermique est considérablement améliorée et une densité de flux de chaleur supérieure est obtenue.
(ZH) 一种热翅,包括两片侧面板和连接侧面板的边框,以构成一个中空的薄板状壳体;紧贴壳体内壁的毛细结构层;和密封在壳体内的相变工作介质;其中,侧面板的边缘的局部或边框的局部作为蒸发区,侧面板或壳体的其余部分作为冷凝区。该热翅增加了蒸汽传输通道面积、液态工作介质的回流宽度和冷凝区直接散热面积,缩短了蒸发区中心到蒸发区边缘的距离,较大提高了传热极限,以至能够获得更高的热流密度。
