Abstract

The invention relates to devices for sorting objects by color, size, shape and other characteristics. The primary field of application is the sorting of agricultural produce. An optical fiber laser sorter comprises a device for conveying material to be sorted, a device for the laser irradiation of material to be sorted, a laser beam scanning device, two or more image reading and processing devices, and a device for removing defective material. The laser irradiation device additionally comprises an optical fiber, the input of which is connected via focusing optics to the optical outputs of one or a plurality of lasers, and the output of which is connected to focusing and cylindrical optics of the laser beam scanning device. The image reading and processing devices are designed to be capable of reading laser radiation reflected from and transmitted through a material and also of reading in different spectral ranges. The technical result is an increase in sorting effectiveness.

Un appareil de tri laser à fibre optique comprend un dispositif de transport de matériau à trier, un dispositif d'éclairage laser du matériau à trier, un dispositif de balayage du faisceau laser, un dispositif de lecture et de traitement de données et un dispositif de suppression de matériaux défectueux. Le dispositif comprend en outre une fibre optique dont l'entrée est reliée via une optique de mise au point aux sorties optiques d'un ou plusieurs lasers, et la sortie de la fibre optique est reliée à l'optique de mise au point et de cylindre du balayage du faisceau laser. Un degré d'éclairage élevé permet d'enregistrer simultanément au moyen de différents dispositifs de lecture le rayonnement laser réfléchi ou traversant tout en assurant un degré élevé de la productivité de tri. Ces dispositifs de lecteur peuvent remplir leurs fonctions dans des gammes spectrales différentes. La possibilité de commander la puissance de plusieurs lasers permet de former une composition spectrale nécessaire de l'éclairage du domaine de travail. Les possibilités fonctionnelles de l'appareil de tri sont élargies lors de la commutation des sources d'éclairage laser. Une faible inertie de commande de l'éclairage laser permet, à la mesure de l'avancement du produit, d'éteindre l'éclairage d'une gamme et d'allumer l'éclairage dans une autre gamme en synchronisant ce processus avec la fréquence des lignes de la caméra vidéo dotée d'un capteur vidéo linéaire.

Изобретение относится к устройствам сортировки объектов по цвету, размерам, форме и иным характеристикам. Преимущественная область применения - сортировка сельскохозяйственной продукции. Оптоволоконный лазерный сортировщик содержит устройство транспортировки сортируемого материала, устройство лазерного освещения сортируемого материала, устройство развертки лазерного пучка, два и более устройств считывания и обработки изображения, устройство для удаления дефектных материалов. Устройство лазерного освещения дополнительно содержит оптическое волокно, вход которого через фокусирующую оптику связан с оптическими выходами одного или нескольких лазеров, а выход оптического волокна связан с фокусирующей и цилиндрической оптикой устройства развертки лазерного пучка. Устройства для считывания и обработки изображения выполнены с возможностью считывания отраженного и прошедшего через материал лазерного освещения, а также с возможностью считывания в разных спектральных диапазонах. Технический результат - повышение эффективности сортировки.
