Abstract
(EN) Disclosed is a freezing device, comprising a rack (1). Both ends of the rack (1) are respectively provided with power-driven guide shaft rollers (2), the two guide shaft rollers (2) are together surrounded by a conveying belt (3), a liquid spraying device (4) fixely connected to the rack (1) is arranged below the conveying belt (3), and a liquid inlet pipe (5) and a liquid outlet pipe (6) of the liquid spraying device (4) are respectively connected to a refrigerating medium outlet pipe and a refrigerating medium inlet pipe of a refrigerating medium cooler, wherein each guide shaft roller (2) is provided therein with a push rod (9), the front end of the guide shaft roller (2) is provided with a front baffle (10) fixedly connected to the push rod (9), a first slot hole (11) is arranged in a feed guide shaft roller (2a), a rear baffle (12) fixedly connected to the push rod (9) penetrates into the first slot hole (11), and a phase difference between the front baffle (10) and the rear baffle (12) on the push rod (9) is 180 degrees. By adopting the above-mentioned structure, the freezing efficiency and production capacity can be improved, and the device volume can be reduced.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de congélation comprenant un bac (1). Les deux extrémités du bac (1) sont respectivement munies de rouleaux à arbre de guidage (2) à entraînement mécanique, les deux rouleaux à arbre de guidage (2) sont entourés conjointement par une courroie de transport (3), un dispositif de pulvérisation de liquide (4) raccordé de manière fixe au bac (1) est disposé sous la courroie de transport (3), et un conduit d'entrée de liquide (5) et un conduit de sortie de liquide (6) du dispositif de pulvérisation de liquide (4) sont respectivement raccordés à un conduit de sortie d'agent réfrigérant et un conduit d'entrée d'agent réfrigérant d'un dispositif de refroidissement d'agent réfrigérant.
