(DE) Ventil (10) zur temperaturabhängigen Ansteuerung mindestens eines hydraulischen Verbrauchers, umfassend ein Ventilgehäuse (12) mit mindestens einem Tankanschluss (T), einem Arbeitsanschluss (A) und einem Versorgungsanschluss (P), einem im Ventilgehäuse (12) verschiebbar angeordneten, durch einen Energiespeicher, wie eine Arbeitsfeder (74), vorgespannten Steuerkolben (30) zur Ansteuerung der Anschlüsse (A, P, T) und ein von einem Fluid mit einer vorgebbaren Temperatur (TFluid) beaufschlagbares Thermoelement (62), das mit dem Steuerkolben (30) wirkungsmäßig gekoppelt ist, wobei dieser durch am Versorgungsanschluss (P) herrschenden Steuerdruck bewegbar ist und wobei das Thermoelement (62) mit dem Energiespeicher (74) derart zusammenwirkt, dass es eine temperaturabhängige Änderung der am Steuerkolben (30) angreifenden Vorspannkraft bewirkt.

(FR) L'invention concerne une soupape (10) qui permet de commander au moins un consommateur hydraulique en fonction de la température et qui comprend un corps de soupape (12) comportant au moins un raccord de réservoir (T), un raccord de travail (A) et un raccord d'alimentation (P), et comportant un piston de commande (30), disposé dans le corps de soupape (12), lequel est précontraint au moyen d'un accumulateur d'énergie tel qu'un ressort de travail (74) et lequel permet de commander les raccords (A, P, T). Ladite soupape comprend en outre un couple thermoélectrique (62) qui peut être soumis à l'effet d'un fluide présentant une température (Tfluid) pouvant être définie au préalable et qui est associé fonctionnellement au piston de commande (30), ce dernier pouvant être déplacé sous l'effet d'une pression de commande disponible au raccord d'alimentation (P).
