Abstract
(EN) A sludge removal pump for the mechanical conveyance of sludge-type sediment deposits which have accumulated inside containment spaces such as storage tanks, settlement ponds or reservoirs. The pump comprises at least one inlet valve, outlet valve and piston valve contained within a body of the pump which each comprise a valve seat comprising a first cutting edge and at least one valve member configured to open and close when required and comprising a second cutting edge. The first and second cutting edges cooperate to cut through any waste material trapped between the valve seat and the valve member and/or trapped between the valve members of each valve.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe d'évacuation de boues pour le transport mécanique de dépôts sédimentaires du type boues, accumulés à l'intérieur d'espaces de confinement tels que des cuves de stockage, des bassins ou des réservoirs de décantation. La pompe comprend au moins un clapet d'aspiration, un clapet de refoulement et une vanne à piston contenus dans un corps de pompe, chacun de ces éléments comprenant un siège de clapet incluant une première arête tranchante et au moins un élément clapet, conçu pour s'ouvrir et se fermer au besoin et qui comprend une seconde arête tranchante. Les première et seconde arêtes tranchantes coopèrent de manière à trancher toute matière-déchet piégée entre le siège de clapet et l'élément clapet, et/ou piégée entre les éléments clapets de chaque clapet.
