Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for preparing a cell product for use in the production of an implant, which can improve the surface properties of a material by a simple technique and can integrate a bone with a metallic implant material satisfactorily within a given period of time; a product produced by the method; and a highly functional implant produced using the product. A cell product containing Col-I, OCN, OPN, BSP, fibronectin and VEGF or another growth factor which are produced by a bone marrow stromal cell or an immortalized milk teeth stem cell is prepared from the bone marrow stromal cell or the immortalized milk teeth stem cell, and a highly functional implant having the growth factor immobilized on the surface thereof is provided using the resultant cell product and a mineralizing solution.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir : un procédé pour préparer un produit cellulaire pour l'utilisation dans la production d'un implant, qui peut améliorer les propriétés de surface d'une matière par une technique simple et peut intégrer un os ayant une matière d'implant métallique de façon satisfaisante en une période de temps donnée ; un produit obtenu par le procédé ; et un implant hautement fonctionnel obtenu à l'aide du produit. L'invention concerne un produit cellulaire contenant Col-I, OCN, OPN, BSP, fibronectine et VEGF ou un autre facteur de croissance qui sont produits par une cellule stromale de la moelle osseuse ou une cellule souche immortalisée des dents de lait qui est préparé à partir de la cellule stromale de la moelle osseuse ou de la cellule souche immortalisée des dents de lait, et un implant hautement fonctionnel ayant le facteur de croissance immobilisé sur sa surface , lequel est fourni à l'aide du produit cellulaire résultant et d'une solution de minéralisation.
(JA)  本発明は、簡便な手法で材料の表面特性を向上させ、そして、骨と金属インプラント材とを、一定の期間のうちに、十分に一体化できるインプラントの製造用細胞産生物の調製方法、前記方法で産生された産生物、前記産生物を用いた高機能インプラントを提供することを目的とする。 骨髄間質細胞又は不死化乳歯幹細胞からこれらの細胞の産生する、Col-I、OCN、OPN、BSP、フィブロネクチン及びVEGFその他の成長因子を含む細胞産生物を調製し、得られた細胞産生物と石灰化溶液とを用いて、これらの成長因子を表面に固定化した高機能インプラントを提供する。
