Abstract
(EN) Provided is a passivation method for stainless steel having a low environmental impact and superior characteristics. Material to be processed that has undergone electropolishing is immersed in hydrogen peroxide. In this immersion in the hydrogen peroxide, a hydrogen peroxide concentration is 1% by weight, temperature 10°C or greater, and immersion time 30 minutes or more. In addition, the electrolyte used in the electropolishing is a liquid mixture of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, and when the liquid mixture uses 85% phosphoric acid and 98% sulfuric acid, the ratio of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid is 50 - 90%:10 - 50% (percent by volume), temperature 30 - 80°C, current 1 - 20 A/dm2, and time 30 seconds - 60 minutes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de passivation utilisable pour l'acier inoxydable, présentant un faible impact environnemental et des caractéristiques particulièrement intéressantes. Le matériau devant être traité, qui a subi un électropolissage, est immergé dans du peroxyde d'hydrogène. Ladite immersion dans du peroxyde d'hydrogène se caractérise en ce que la concentration en peroxyde d'hydrogène est égale à 1 % en poids, en ce que la température est supérieure ou égale à 10 °C et en ce que la durée d'immersion est supérieure ou égale à 30 minutes. En outre, l'électrolyte utilisé pour l'électropolissage est un mélange liquide d'acide sulfurique et d'acide phosphorique et lorsque le mélange liquide utilise de l'acide phosphorique à 85 % et de l'acide sulfurique à 98 %, le rapport entre l'acide phosphorique et l'acide sulfurique s'inscrit dans un intervalle de 50-90 %/10-50 % (pour cent en volume), la température varie de 30 à 80 °C, la densité de courant de 1 à 20 A/dm² et la durée de 30 secondes à 60 minutes.
(JA)  環境負荷が小さくしかも特性の優れたステンレスの不動態化方法。電解研磨された被処理物を過酸化水素に浸漬する。当該過酸化水素水への浸漬は、過酸化水素濃度1重量%以上、温度10℃以上、浸漬時間30分以上である。また、上記電解研磨に用いる電解液は、硫酸とリン酸の混合液であり、当該混合液が85%のリン酸と98%の硫酸を用いた場合、リン酸と硫酸の比が、50%~90%:10%~50%(容量%)、温度30℃~80℃、電流1A~20A/dm2、時間30秒~60分である。
