Abstract
(EN) A transmission testing device that performs tests to verify transmission functionality has: an output shaft directly or indirectly coupled to a differential gear section of the transmission; a rotary driving means for rotating the output shaft; and a cylindrical meshing means comprising a meshing portion to mesh with a side gear of the differential gear section, and a chuck portion in which a fluid circuit is formed The meshing means is fixed to a differential case of the differential gear section by way of expanding the chuck portion in the radial direction of the chuck portion by applying pressure to the fluid in the fluid circuit.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'essai de transmission qui exécute des essais pour vérifier le fonctionnement d'une transmission et qui comprend un arbre de sortie couplé directement ou indirectement à une partie engrenage différentiel de la transmission, un moyen d'entraînement rotatif destiné à faire tourner l'arbre de sortie, ainsi qu'un moyen d'engrènement cylindrique comprenant une partie d'engrènement destinée à engrener avec un planétaire de la partie engrenage différentiel et une partie mandrin dans laquelle un circuit de fluide est réalisé. Le moyen d'engrènement est fixé à un carter de différentiel de la partie engrenage différentiel par extension de la partie mandrin dans sa direction radiale grâce à l'application d'une pression au fluide dans le circuit de fluide.
(JA)  変速機の機能を確認する試験を行う変速機の試験装置において、前記変速機のディファレンシャルギヤ部に直接的または間接的に接続する出力軸と、前記出力軸を回転させる回転駆動手段と、前記ディファレンシャルギヤ部のサイドギヤに結合する結合部と、内部に流体回路が形成されるチャック部と、を備える円筒状の結合手段と、を有し、前記流体回路内の流体に対し圧力を加えて前記チャック部を当該チャック部の径方向に拡げることにより、前記結合手段を前記ディファレンシャルギヤ部のデフケースに固定する。
