An oriented electromagnetic steel sheet in which, when a post-cold-rolling steel sheet containing 2 to 5 mass% of Si is subjected to primary recrystallization annealing and finish annealing in which secondary recrystallization is performed and the oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is obtained, rapid heating is performed during the heating procedure in the primary recrystallization annealing and a holding process lasting several seconds is performed at a temperature partway through the heating, whereby the distribution in the orientation difference angles between the Goss orientation and the crystal orientation of the secondary recrystallized grains has a plurality of peaks, the orientation difference angle of the peak, from among the plurality of peaks, at which the orientation difference angle is the second smallest is preferably no less than 5°, the grain diameter of the secondary recrystallization grains is no greater than 15 mm, and the oriented electromagnetic steel sheet has excellent iron-loss characteristics.

L'invention concerne une feuille d'acier électromagnétique orientée dans laquelle, lorsqu'une feuille d'acier de post-laminage à froid contenant 2 à 5 % en masse de Si est soumise à un recuit de recristallisation primaire et à un recuit de finition dans lequel une recristallisation secondaire est effectuée et la feuille d'acier électromagnétique orientée est obtenue, un chauffage rapide est effectué pendant le mode opératoire de chauffage dans le recuit de recristallisation primaire et un traitement de maintien durant plusieurs secondes est effectué à une température à mi-chemin au cours du chauffage, ce par quoi la distribution dans les angles de différence d'orientation entre l'orientation de Goss et l'orientation cristalline des grains recristallisés secondaires a une pluralité de pics, l'angle de différence d'orientation du pic, parmi les différents pics, auquel l'angle de différence d'orientation est le second le plus petit est, de préférence, non inférieur à 5°, le diamètre de grain des grains de recristallisation secondaire est non supérieur à 15 mm et la feuille d'acier électromagnétique orientée a d'excellentes caractéristiques de perte dans le fer.

Si:2~5mass%を含有する冷間圧延後の鋼板を、一次再結晶焼鈍し、二次再結晶させる仕上焼鈍して方向性電磁鋼板とする際、上記一次再結晶焼鈍における加熱過程を急速加熱するとともに、上記加熱途中の温度で数秒間の保定処理を行うことで、二次再結晶粒の結晶方位とGoss方位との方位差角の分布が複数のピークを有し、かつ、好ましくは、上記複数のピークのうちの、方位差角が小さい方から2番目のピークの方位差角を5°以上、二次再結晶粒の粒径を15mm以下にしてなる鉄損特性に優れる方向性電磁鋼板。
