Abstract

 Provided is a device for the destructive distillation of coal, said device suppressing increases in the concentration of mercury within destructively distilled coal generated by the device. The device for the destructive distillation of coal is a rotary kiln in which an inner cylinder (102) is rotatably supported inside an outer cylinder (103), thermal gas (11) is supplied to the interior of the outer cylinder and dried coal (1) is supplied to the interior of the inner cylinder from one end side thereof, the dried coal is subjected to thermal destructive distillation whilst being moved and agitated from the one end side of the inner cylinder to the other end side thereof due to the inner cylinder being rotated, and destructively distilled coal (2) and destructively distilled gas (12) are delivered from the other end side of the inner cylinder. The device includes: a chute (104) that is provided continuously from the other end side of the inner cylinder and discharges the destructively distilled coal; an exhaust line (106) that is provided continuously from the chute and discharges the destructively distilled gas; and a gas flow adjustment device (110) that is provided to the chute and adjusts the flow of the destructively distilled gas discharged towards the exhaust line (106).

L'invention fournit un dispositif de carbonisation du charbon permettant d'empêcher une élévation de la concentration en mercure dans un charbon carbonisé produit. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif de carbonisation du charbon de type à four rotatif qui tout en maintenant de manière à autoriser sa rotation un tube interne (102) à l'intérieur d'un tube externe (103), et en alimentant en gaz de chauffage (11) une partie interne dudit tube externe, alimente en charbon sec (1) la partie interne dudit tube interne depuis un côté extrémité, met en rotation ledit tube interne, et par conséquent en transportant ledit charbon sec d'un côté extrémité dudit tube interne à l'autre, le sèche par chauffage en l'agitant, et évacue le charbon carbonisé (2) ainsi qu'un gaz de carbonisation (12) depuis l'autre côté extrémité dudit tube interne. Ledit dispositif de l'invention est équipé : d'un organe de lancement (104) qui est agencé dans la continuité de l'autre côté extrémité dudit tube interne, et qui décharge ledit charbon carbonisé ; d'un tuyau d'échappement (106) qui est agencé dans la continuité dudit organe de lancement, et qui décharge ledit gaz de carbonisation ; et d'un dispositif de régulation de vitesse de flux gazeux (110) qui est agencé sur ledit organe de lancement, et qui régule la vitesse de flux dudit gaz de carbonisation déchargé au niveau dudit gaz de carbonisation (106).
