Disclosed is a method of collecting and monitoring an oil path pressure signal, wherein a central processing unit uses a path pressure sensor to measure an oil injection path pressure signal at the point of oil injection and a peak path pressure signal within a pre-set time interval T, and controls the amount of oil injected according to the oil injection path pressure signal; the central processing unit also determines whether or not the peak path pressure signal exceeds a pre-set range, and monitors the dynamic drift of the peak path pressure signal in the start-up phase; when the peak path pressure signal exceeds the pre-set range or the dynamic drift of the peak path pressure signal exceeds the pre-set value, the central processing unit substitutes the actual path pressure signal with a pre-set path pressure value, thereby entering a limp home mode. The method can better serve an engine, making engine operation even more highly efficient.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de collecte et de contrôle d'un signal de pression de voie d'huile. Une unité centrale utilise un capteur de pression de voie pour mesurer un signal de pression de voie d'injection d'huile au moment de l'injection d'huile et un signal de pression de voie de pointe dans un intervalle prédéfini T, et commande la quantité d'huile injectée en fonction du signal de pression de voie d'injection d'huile ; l'unité centrale détermine également si le signal de pression de voie de pointe dépasse une plage prédéfinie, et contrôle la dérive dynamique du signal de pression de voie de pointe dans la phase de démarrage ; lorsque le signal de pression de voie de pointe dépasse la plage prédéfinie ou que la dérive dynamique du signal de pression de voie de pointe dépasse la valeur prédéfinie, l'unité centrale remplace le signal de pression de voie réelle par une valeur de pression de voie prédéfinie, ce qui permet de passer dans un mode dégradé. 一种油轨压力信号的采集和监测方法,其中,中央处理单元利用轨压传感器测量喷油时刻点的喷油轨压信号和预定间隔时间T内的峰值轨压信号,并根据喷油轨压信号来控制喷油量;中央处理单元还判断峰值轨压信号是否超出预定范围,并在启动阶段对峰值轨压信号的动态漂移进行监测,当峰值轨压信号超出预定范围或峰值轨压信号的动态漂移超出预定值时,中央处理单元将预定的轨压值来代替实际轨压信号,从而进入Limp Home模式。该方法能够更好地服务于发动机,使发动机的工作更加高效。
