Abstract
(EN) This conductive paste contains a conductive powder of at least Ag powder or the like, a glass frit, and an organic vehicle. The glass frit contains 35-90 mol% Te converted to TeO2, 5-50 mol% Zn converted to ZnO, and 1-20 mol% Bi converted to Bi2O3, and contains 0.1-15 mol% of at least one selected from Li, Na, and K converted to an oxide. The conductive paste is used to form a light-receiving surface electrode (3). A conductive paste appropriate for formation of an electrode of a solar cell capable of reducing contact resistance between the electrode (3) and a semiconductor substrate (1) is thereby achieved, the use of the conductive paste yielding high energy conversion efficiency and achieving a solar cell having good cell characteristics.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pâte conductrice qui contient une poudre conductrice d'au moins une poudre d'argent ou analogue, un fritté de verre, et un véhicule organique. Le fritté de verre contient de 35 à 90 % molaire de Te converti en TeO2, de 5 à 50 % molaire de Zn converti en ZnO, et de 1 à 20 % molaire de Bi converti en Bi2O3, et contient de 0,1 à 15 % molaire d'au moins un élément choisi parmi Li, Na, et K converti en un oxyde. La pâte conductrice est utilisée pour former une électrode à surface de réception de lumière (3). Une pâte conductrice appropriée pour la formation d'une électrode d'une cellule solaire apte à réduire une résistance de contact entre l'électrode (3) et un substrat semi-conducteur (1) est ainsi obtenue, l'utilisation de la pâte conductrice fournissant une efficacité de conversion d'énergie élevée et permettant d'obtenir une cellule solaire ayant de bonnes caractéristiques de cellule.
(JA)  本発明の導電性ペーストは、少なくともAg粉末等の導電性粉末と、ガラスフリットと、有機ビヒクルとを含有する。ガラスフリットは、TeをTeOに換算して35~90mol%、ZnをZnOに換算して5~50mol%、BiをBiに換算して1~20mol%含有し、かつLi、Na、及びKの中から選択された少なくとも1種を酸化物に換算して0.1~15mol%含有している。この導電性ペーストを使用して受光面電極(3)を形成する。これにより電極(3)と半導体基板(1)との間の接触抵抗を低くすることができる太陽電池の電極形成に適した導電性ペーストを実現し、この導電性ペーストを使用することによりエネルギー変換効率が高く、電池特性が良好な太陽電池を実現する。
