Provided is a novel method for producing a 3D cell culture. A method for producing a 3D cell culture having two or more cell layers layered on one another, wherein covered cells obtained by covering the surface of the cells with a film containing an extracellular matrix component are disseminated, the disseminated covered cells are cultivated in a culture medium, and at least a portion of the culture medium is continuously used for five or more days. In addition, the method is one for producing a 3D cell culture which has two or more cell layers layered on one another, and involving the dissemination of covered cells obtained by covering the surface of the cells with a film containing an extracellular matrix component, and the cultivation of the disseminated covered cells in a culture medium, wherein the cultivation of the covered cells involves cultivating the covered cells in a culture medium of 70μL per 1×104 cells.

L'invention fournit un nouveau procédé de fabrication de corps de culture cellulaire tridimensionnelle. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne le procédé de fabrication d'un corps de culture cellulaire tridimensionnelle dans lequel au moins deux couches de cellule sont stratifiées. Ce procédé de fabrication inclut : l'ensemencement de cellules enrobées dont la surface est enrobée d'un film de revêtement d'un composant matrice extracellulaire ; la culture de ces cellules enrobées ainsi ensemencées dans un milieu de culture ; et la mise en œuvre continue pendant 5 jours ou plus d'au moins une partie dudit milieu de culture. En outre, dans le procédé de fabrication de corps de culture cellulaire à au moins deux couches de cellule stratifiées, qui inclut l'ensemencement de cellules enrobées dont la surface est enrobée d'un film de revêtement d'un composant matrice extracellulaire, et la culture de ces cellules enrobées ainsi ensemencées dans un milieu de culture, la culture desdites cellules enrobées inclut la culture desdites cellules enrobées dans un milieu d'au moins 70µL pour 1×104 cellules.

三次元細胞培養体の新たな製造方法の提供。細胞層が少なくとも2層以上積層された三次元細胞培養体の製造方法であって、細胞外マトリックス成分を含む被膜で細胞の表面が被覆された被覆細胞を播種すること、前記播種した被覆細胞を培地中で培養すること、及び前記培地の少なくとも一部を5日以上継続使用することを含む製造方法。また、細胞外マトリックス成分を含む被膜で細胞の表面が被覆された被覆細胞を播種すること、及び前記播種した被覆細胞を培地中で培養すること、を含み、前記被覆細胞の培養は、前記被覆細胞を、細胞1×104個あたり70μL以上の培地中で培養することを含む、細胞層が少なくとも2層以上積層された三次元細胞培養体の製造方法。
