Abstract:
(EN) An anchor device is described that is adapted to support one or more conductors extending out of an opening in an outer surface of an eye, from a device implanted in the eye to a communications interface. The anchor device comprises a conductor receiving portion including a channel, the conductors being positionable through the channel; and a fixation portion connected to the conductor receiving portion, the fixation portion being adapted to be secured to the outer surface of the eye. The conductor receiving portion is configured to allow movement of the channel and/or conductors relative to the fixation portion. A visual prosthesis comprising the anchor device is also described, along with apparatus and methods for positioning the visual prosthesis or other types of implantable electrical apparatus.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage, apte à soutenir un ou plusieurs conducteurs qui s'étendent hors d'une ouverture dans une surface extérieure d'un œil, d'un dispositif implanté dans l'œil vers une interface de communication. Le dispositif d'ancrage comprend une partie de réception de conducteur qui contient un canal, les conducteurs pouvant être positionnés à travers le canal ; et une partie de fixation, reliée à la partie de réception de conducteur, la partie de fixation étant apte à être fixée à la surface extérieure de l'œil. La partie de réception de conducteur est conçue pour permettre le mouvement du canal et/ou des conducteurs par rapport à la partie de fixation. L'invention concerne également une prothèse visuelle, qui comprend le dispositif d'ancrage, ainsi que des appareils et procédés de positionnement de la prothèse visuelle ou d'autres types d'appareils électriques implantables.
