In one aspect, thermal energy storage systems are described herein. In some embodiments, a thermal energy storage system comprises a thermal energy storage system comprising a container and a heat exchange apparatus disposed within the container. The heat exchange apparatus comprises a tank, a manifold at least partially disposed within the tank, and a phase change material disposed within the tank and in thermal contact with the manifold.

Selon un aspect, l'invention porte sur des systèmes de stockage d'énergie thermique. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un système de stockage d'énergie thermique comporte un système de stockage d'énergie thermique comportant un récipient et un appareil d'échange de chaleur disposé à l'intérieur du récipient. L'appareil d'échange de chaleur comporte un réservoir, un collecteur disposé au moins partiellement à l'intérieur du réservoir et un matériau à changement de phase, disposé à l'intérieur du réservoir et en contact thermique avec le collecteur.
