Abstract:
(EN) Provided herein are glucagon analogs which exhibit potent activity at the GIP receptor, and, as such are contemplated for use in treating diabetes and obesity. In exemplary embodiments, the glucagon analog of the present disclosures exhibit an EC50 at the GIP receptor which is within the nanomolar or picomolar range.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des analogues du glucagon présentant une puissante activité au niveau du récepteur du GIP, et envisagés à ce titre pour être utilisés dans le traitement du diabète et de l'obésité. Dans des modes de réalisation illustratifs, l'analogue du glucagon selon la présente invention présente une CE50 au niveau du récepteur du GIP qui se situe à l'échelle du nanomolaire ou du picomolaire.
