Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of aquaculture of at least one farmed organism, such as fish, shrimp or any organism suitable for farming in an aquatic environment. There is provided a method of aquaculture of at least one farmed organism, the method comprising steps: (i) providing an aquatic environment comprising at least one farmed organism, phytoplankton and bacteria; (ii) providing at least one phytoplankton nutrient and at least one bacteria nutrient during a first predetermined period, allowing phytoplankton and bacteria to grow in a first predetermined phytoplankton: bacteria ratio of more than 1; (iii) providing at least one phytoplankton nutrient and at least one bacteria nutrient during a second predetermined period, allowing phytoplankton and bacteria to grow in a second predetermined phytoplankton :bacteria ratio, wherein the second predetermined phytoplankton: bacteria ratio is lower than the first predetermined phytoplankton :bacteria ratio; and (iv) providing at least one phytoplankton nutrient and at least one bacteria nutrient during a third predetermined period, allowing phytoplankton and bacteria to grow in a third predetermined phytoplankton :bacteria ratio, wherein the third predetermined phytoplankton: bacteria ratio is lower than the second predetermined phytoplankton :bacteria ratio, thereby allowing the at least one farmed organism to grow.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'aquaculture d'au moins un organisme d'élevage, tel que du poisson, des crevettes ou tout organisme pouvant être élevé dans un environnement aquatique. L'invention concerne un procédé d'aquaculture d'au moins un organisme d'élevage, ledit procédé consistant à : (i) fournir un environnement aquatique comprenant au moins un organisme d'élevage, du phytoplancton et des bactéries; (ii) fournir au moins un nutriment de phytoplancton et au moins un nutriment de bactéries, pendant une première période prédéterminée, pour permettre la croissance du phytoplancton et des bactéries selon un premier rapport phytoplancton/bactéries prédéterminé, supérieur à 1; (iii) fournir au moins un nutriment de phytoplancton et au moins un nutriment de bactéries, pendant une deuxième période prédéterminée, pour permettre la croissance du phytoplancton et des bactéries selon un deuxième rapport phytoplancton/bactéries prédéterminé, ce deuxième rapport étant inférieur au premier rapport phytoplancton/bactéries prédéterminé; et (iv) fournir au moins un nutriment de phytoplancton et au moins un nutriment de bactéries, pendant une troisième période prédéterminée, pour permettre la croissance du phytoplancton et des bactéries selon un troisième rapport phytoplancton/bactéries prédéterminé, ledit troisième rapport étant inférieur au deuxième rapport phytoplancton/bactéries prédéterminé, de manière à permettre la croissance du ou des organismes d'élevage.
