Abstract:
(EN) A method for improving speech recognition by a speech recognition system includes obtaining a voice sample from a speaker; storing the voice sample of the speaker as a voice model in a voice model database; identifying an area from which sound matching the voice model for the speaker is coming; providing one or more audio signals corresponding to sound received from the identified area to the speech recognition system for processing.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un procédé destiné à améliorer la reconnaissance vocale effectuée par un système de reconnaissance vocale. Ce procédé comprend : l'obtention d'un échantillon de voix provenant d'un locuteur ; le stockage de l'échantillon de voix du locuteur parmi les modèles de voix d'une base de données de modèles de voix ; l'identification de la zone d'où provient un son identique au modèle de voix du locuteur ; et la transmission au système de reconnaissance vocale d'un ou plusieurs signaux audio qui correspondent au son reçu en provenance de la zone identifiée afin que le système traite ces signaux.
